Agreement between Client & Trigy.travel
Welcome to Trigy website (the “Website”). This Website is provided merely to help customers in collecting travel-related information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legal and authentic bookings or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The words «we», «us», «our» refer to Trigy The word «you» refers to the client visiting the Website and/or make a booking through us on this Website, or through our Customer Service Team.
This Website is offered to you conditional upon your approval without amendments of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the «Terms of Use” or «Agreement»). Please read the Terms of Use carefully, as they contain significant information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court. You should also read our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Website, and is incorporated by reference in this Agreement. By using this Website or contacting our Customer Service Team to book any travel-related services or products offered on the Website, you are deemed to agree that the Terms of Use then by force shall apply. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use or book any service through this Website or our Customer Service Team.
Use of the Website
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
- you will utilize this Website following these Terms of Use;
- you will only use this Website to make legitimate bookings for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act;
- you will inform such other individuals about the Terms of Use that apply to the bookings you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;
- all information provided by you on this Website is right, accurate, up-to-date and complete; and
- if you have a Trigy account, you will protect your account information and will be responsible, to the extent within your reasonable control, for any use of your account by you and anybody other than you.
We have the right at our sole discretion to deny access to any user to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.
1. Definitions
«Platform» means the website and mobile apps on which the Service (as defined hereunder) is made available, possessed, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by Trigy.
«Service» means the online booking service (including the facilitation of payments) of several services now and then made available by Suppliers (as defined hereunder) on the Platform.
«Supplier(s)» means the provider of a service or an accommodation (e.g. hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast), (theme) parks, attractions, museums, sightseeing tours, cruise, rail and coach tours, transfers, tour operators, insurances, and any other travel or related service or product now and then made available for booking on the Platform.
«Website» means www.trigy.travel website.
2. Scope of our Service
Through the Platform, Trigy and it’s associate (distribution) partners provide a web platform through which Suppliers can promote their service for booking (or: services of bookings), and through which visitors of the Platform can make such bookings (i.e. the booking service). By making a booking through the Platform, you are deemed to enter into an immediate and legally binding contractual relationship with the Supplier with which you make a booking or purchase a service or product (as applicable). From the point at which you make your booking, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier, transmitting the information of your booking to the related Supplier(s) and sending you a booking confirmation voucher via email for and on behalf of the Supplier(s).
When rendering our service, the information that is shown on the website is based on the information provided to us by Suppliers. As such, the Suppliers are given access to an extranet through which they are completely responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is shown on our Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in providing our Service, we will not confirm if, and cannot warrant that, all information is accurate, complete or true, nor can we hold any responsibility for any faults (including obvious and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Supplier stays accountable always for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the descriptive information (including the rates and availability) shown on our Platform.
Our Service is made available for individual and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not permitted to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content material or information, software, bookings, tickets, products or services found on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
3. Prices
The prices shown on our Platform are quite competitive. All prices are shown including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes) unless mentioned otherwise on our Platform or in the confirmation voucher or ticket. Ticket prices are per person or group and subject to validity as shown on the ticket, if applicable. Applicable fees and taxes including tourist or city tax (if any) should be paid directly at the hotel accommodation, such a tax may be charged by the Supplier in the case of a no-show or cancellation fee. Applicable taxes may be charged by the accommodation in the case of a no-show or cancellation fee.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platform for a particular stay, product or service, however, these rates made available by Suppliers may hold special restrictions and conditions, for instance, non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please check the relevant service and booking conditions and details carefully for any such conditions before making your bookings.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be counted on as accurate and real-time; actual rates might alter.
Unintentional mistakes and errors (including misprints) are not binding.

5. Supplier terms and conditions
Additional terms and conditions will be applied to your bookings and purchase of travel-related services that you make. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. In specific, if you have purchased an airfare, please make sure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the Supplier, which can be found on the Supplier’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the provided service supplier, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s terms and conditions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only warranted once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may alter their prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received on time.
Trigy.travel disclaims any liability or legal responsibility for any communication with the Supplier on or through its platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Supplier or (any kind of) acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. Trigy cannot warrant that any request or communication will be (properly and timely) received/read by, complied with, implemented or acknowledged by the Supplier.
Trigy may offer customers the opportunity to book a flight for a combination of two one—way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets may provide a better choice of flights, are often cheaper and can be combined on a similar airline or different airlines. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, conditions and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline alteration (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a customer to make changes to the other flight, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.
You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering particular services and/or activities may ask you to sign their liability relinquishment before participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any infringement of any such supplier’s rules and conditions may result in cancellation of your booking(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such booking(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such infringement.
Trigy.travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to accommodation relocation.
6. Credit card or bank transfer
If relevant and available, certain Suppliers offer the chance for bookings to be paid (wholly or partially and as stated under the payment policy of the accommodation) to the Supplier during the reservation process employing secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). For particular services and products, Trigy Travel facilitates (through third-party payment processors) the payment of the applicable service (i.e. the payment facilitation service) at the selection of the Supplier (Trigy) never acts nor operates as the merchant of record).
For certain (i.e. non-refundable) rates or special offers, please note that Suppliers may require that payment is made by credit card or debit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any choice for refund) upon making the booking. Please check the booking details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such circumstances before making your booking. Trigy Travel will not be liable or responsible for any (authorized, (allegedly) unauthorized or untrue) charge by the Supplier and will not (re)claim any amount for any valid or authorized charge by the Supplier (including for pre-paid rates, no-show and chargeable cancellation) of your credit card or debit card.
In the occurrence of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subjected to deductibility.
7. International Travel
You are liable for making sure that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. Trigy has no specific knowledge about foreign entry necessities or travel documents. We advise our customers to review travel prohibitions, notices, advertisements, and advisories issued by the related governments before booking travel to international destinations.
Passport and Visa: You must consult the related Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may alter and you should check for very recent information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and appropriate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
Health: Recommended vaccinations for travel may change and you should check with your doctor for current recommendations before your departure. It is your responsibility to make sure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended vaccinations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice regarding your trip.
By offering reservations for travel services in certain international destinations, Trigy does not represent or guarantee that travel to such areas is advisable or risk-free, and is not responsible for compensations or losses that may result from travel to such areas.
8. Prepayment, cancellation and no-show policy
By making a booking with a Supplier, you accept and agree to the applicable cancellation and no-show policy of that Supplier, and to any further terms and conditions of the Supplier that may apply to your visit or stay including for services rendered by the service provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Supplier is made accessible on our Platform on the summary page (Remarks section), during the booking process and in the confirmation voucher or ticket (if applicable). Please note that certain rates or special offers are not cancellable or changeable. Applicable city or tourist tax may still be charged by the Supplier in the case of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the booking details of your product or service of choice carefully for any such conditions before making your booking. Please note that a booking which requires down payment or (wholly or partially) prepayment may be cancelled (without prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date following the relevant payment policy of the Supplier and the booking. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to Supplier policies. Please read thoroughly all-important information in your booking confirmation for additional policies as may be applied by the Supplier (e.g. concerning the age requirement, security deposit, non-cancellation/additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds/no free breakfast, pets/cards accepted). Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and responsibility and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Supplier agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to promptly communicate this with the Supplier so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your booking or charge of the no-show fee. Our Customer Service Team can sometimes assist you, depending on the circumstances of each case and without guarantee of any kind if needed with informing the Supplier. Trigy does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee by the Supplier.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The Information, Software, Products and Services are shown on this Website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. Particularly, Trigy does not warrant the accuracy of and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the accommodation, airline, car rental and other travel services available on this Website (including, without limitation, the prices, photos, list of accommodation facilities, general service descriptions, etc…). Furthermore, Trigy Travel explicitly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website and/or booking made under a wrong price.
Whether or not the Supplier has charged you for your service, or if we are facilitating the payment of the booking made by you, you agree and acknowledge that the Supplier is always responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the booking to the relevant tax authorities. Trigy Travel is not liable or responsible for the remittance, collection, withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on the booking made by you to the applicable tax authorities.
Trigy does not act as the merchant of record for any service or product shown on the Platform.
Property ratings shown on this Website are proposed as only general guidelines, Trigy does not warrant the accuracy of the ratings. Trigy Travel and their respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes on the Website at any time.
Trigy makes no representations about the appropriateness of the information, software, products and services contained on this Website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services on this Website does not constitute any authorization or recommendation of such products or services offered by Trigy All such information, software products, and services are provided “as is” without guarantee of any kind.
Trigy and their respective Suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions that this Website, its servers or any email sent from Trigy and/or their respective suppliers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Trigy and their respective Suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions concerning this information, software, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, suitability for a certain response, title and non-violation.
The transports, accommodations and other Suppliers providing travel-related services on this Website are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Trigy Trigy Travel are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of Trigy or any such Suppliers or any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Trigy has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of God, government or authority.
In no event shall Trigy and their respective Suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this Website or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this Website (including, but not limited to, any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtaining through this Website; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of this Website) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, customer protection laws or otherwise and even if the Trigy and/or their respective Suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Intellectual property rights
Unless mentioned otherwise, the software required for our Services or available at or used by our Platform and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our Platform are possessed by Trigy its respective Suppliers or providers.
Trigy exclusively retains ownership of all rights, titles and interests in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Platform on which the service is made available (including translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and sometimes the customer reviews) or our brand without our express written permission. To the extent that you would (wholly or partially) use or combine our (translated) content or would otherwise own any intellectual property rights in the Platform or any (translated) content, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to Trigy Any illegal use or any of the above-mentioned actions or behaviour will constitute a material violation of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
11. Legislation and privilege
These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Without prejudice to the above, in case of judicial dispute, each party agrees that the governing law shall be one of the domiciles of the defendant.
Each party agrees that courts of the country of domicile of the defendant of the relevant action shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including to any non-contractual obligations). Any counterclaims shall be ignored in deciding who is the defendant. Where there are separate but related actions the courts with jurisdiction shall be decided by the first of such actions to be issued. Each party irrevocably waive any right that it may have to object to an action being brought in such courts, to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or to claim that such courts do not have jurisdiction.
